| [So... where's this dream? This new dreamscape, this new part of the passing world? It's... inside a building. A cafe, to be exact. Well, a cafe/gym from the Unovian city of Striaton, to be really REALLY exact. It looks as if it's just been closed for the night - the lights are dimmed, and there's barely any workers around. And sitting at one of the tables, resting with his lone Pansage, is one of the three gym leaders. Cilan. His head lowered, he seems to be thinking. And waiting for somebody. He's even got some food out. And the magical thing? It's your favorite meal ever. Lucky guess, huh? Could that person be you? ...........Well, no. This is his dream - he's waiting for a certain someone, who he's nearly sure will come back for him. Who nobody else ever wants to see again except for him, his brothers and Interpol too. What a weirdo. Not like you know that, though. But he's willing to speak to you, too! Otherwise this would be a failpost, amirite? So as he sees *YOUR CHARACTER*, he stands and comes to them. Real quick.] Ah... welcome? |

| [Tonight, instead of being greeted by the usual sort of scenery one would find in a dream, you will find yourself in a cave. Yes, a cave. It's not exactly the most rugged and untamed cave there is, however. In fact, it seems as if people come and go through this cave relatively often. The reason for that being that, well, people do traverse this cave often. For those familiar with the Unova region, you might recognize it as a part of Victory Road. It also happens to be far from empty at the moment. Disregarding the teenaged boy and his Pokemon (he was training them, since that was clearly the only reason to be in this cave), there were other Pokemon--Durant and Boldore, mostly, with the occasional Swoobat here and there--moving in and around the chamber. The boy is clearly wrapped up in training his Pokemon at the moment, but you know, if you make a noise, chances are he'll pay you some attention.] |

| ( cut for length with apologies )The prince and princess walk hand to hand to the only structure still standing in all the flat and blasted landscape: the ruins of an archway. He slips a jeweled ring on her finger and bends to kiss her a final time, lightly. She releases her power. This time, the white light brings life - to all but these two, who stay hand-clasped as the dust and sand blow over their still bodies, that pure act of love restoring the entire world they cherished. They aren't revived until their sacrifice is remembered by those who can live again; there are no victims or sacrifices now. Mercury, watching through the water's reflection, sinks to her knees right where she is, her horror a mirror of the princess' earlier remorse. The thought engulfs every part of her from her quickly-sickening stomach to the adrenaline turning her blood to ice in her veins: Every twisted and evil thing she did and called necessary, was needless. (ooc: anyone coming can have seen as much or as little of the vision as the mun desires.) |

| [Tonight you will find yourself in a place that somewhat resembles a forest clearing, along with the ruins of something that used to be a research facility. If you have been to the Unova region before, you might recognize it as the Dreamyard. But that's not the important part.
There's also a blond teenage girl in said Dreamyard, playing with a pink, tapir-like creature floating in midair - or at least one would assume they're playing, even though the odd little monster is curled up around itself, eyes closed as though asleep. Nonetheless, they're both very happy together, and if you approach the girl, it might take her a second or two to give you any attention - she's a bit of an airhead and easily distracted, you see. Again. that's not the really important part.
The one thing that you should actually notice first hand is that, behind the two, there are even more of those creatures - a variety of Munna and Musharna, just waiting for someone to come nearby. If you dare to peak into the smoke coming out of them, you might catch a glimpse of dreams they have previously eaten and, who knows, you might even re-live one of those dreams you had before in the world of Passing. Just be careful that they won't feel threatened, otherwise they might materialize a vision you wouldn't like to see. Dream within dreams tend to be tricky things, after all.
But look back at the teenage girl and how content she looks. Surely it can't be that bad... right?]

| [As far as the eye can see there's only a field of grass with a light wind blowing. It's freezing cold, but the boy laying back to look at the stars doesn't seem to notice. Or, if he does, he's used to it. He's been here for a while, slowly watching them blink out of existence one by one. Each time they do he reaches up, sadness written on his face - in the air around him. He can't stop it, he knows that, but he reaches anyway, trying as hard as he can. As if that will help. It doesn't and as each one slowly winks out, he seems to curl up on himself - bitter, hurt - lonely. It seems like hours, but soon, there's only a handful left.
Ventus shivers, rolling over and curling up - He's alone. He shouldn't have tried. How does he reach the light anyway? He can't. Sitting up, he pulls out the pieces of his wayfinder, face an open book of abandonment and betrayal. Hurt and anger.] ....I wish... [And flings it away as far and hard as he can, uncaring where they fall.
Overhead, several more stars wink out, the rest shining just that much fainter.] I've never known you if you were just going to abandon me. {{OOC: Tags returned when I wake up. }} |

| [You are on a roof with a perfect view of New York City all around it. Standing there taking it in is a woman in a silk red dress and matching heels. She doesn't acknowledge you. In fact if you did not know any better you would say she had no idea you were. So expect a surprise when she suddenly addresses you without moving whatsoever.] I can't stay here for long. Whatever you want can wait until I'm done. |

| Ami is easily recognizable, but changed. She wears an elegant but modest royal gown with the skirts spread demurely over her lap, and the sigil of planet Mercury shows plainly on her forehead in pale blue. Princess Mercury, Ami, sits by a fountain in the inner courtyard of a vast marble palace, all enclosed by a dome. Light music surrounds her as she idly plucks a gentle tune on a rich harp, smiling and contented. Water lilies rest on the surface of the shallow pool. The ground her skirts brush is of a different texture. This is the Moon and not Earth; Earth hangs large and beckoning in the sky like a ball of blue crystal. The air, artificial, seems still and quiet. Yet for all that, it is still a beautiful place of graceful lines and symmetry. Despite the ancient-seeming architecture, high technology is evident from the door mechanisms to the strategically placed viewscreens that show glimpses of Earth and its flowered fields blown by true winds, to the dome itself. Welcome to the Silver Millenium paradise of the Moon Kingdom. (ooc: bad ending will be the war and end of this world/the past life; feel free to let me know if you want to go there or not.) |

| [Whitlea's dream tonight doesn't really fit with the general theme of the dreams she enters lately. Indeed, she doesn't know what on earth could possibly make her dream of Nimbasa City, especially the Ferris wheel, but she decides to roll with it.
So now, anyone who enters this dream will find themselves in a strangely empty city--no Trainers or Pokemon to be seen for a long while. Do some wandering, though, and you will come across a certain Champion in front of the Ferris wheel, looking up at it with a wistful expression on her face. She remembers this place--it's where she met up again with N and met four people that she will forever remember. In fact, it's only when the person who entered the dream makes their presence known in some way that she realizes that, contrary to appearances, she isn't alone in this dream.
She turns around, a smile on her face.]
Wanna ride the Ferris wheel with me? |

| ( tl;dr prologue, see below for what your character sees )Hello ~ [ There is an operating table. You are on it, faced up to a harsh white light. A similarly harsh smell of chemicals lingers nearby.
You may struggle. The straps are tight enough to make it useless. ]Don't be scared, please. [ It is a calm voice; it comes from the same direction as a figure in a lab coat, pink popping out in contrast to the plain white. Aerith steps forward and rests a scalpel to the side, smiling down at the new subject, though the gesture seems a little sad. The old one just didn't last ... ] It doesn't help. [ But why should she be scared? She's the one in charge here. ] |

| [Anya's version of a perfect life is fairly simple really. She lives in a picturesque (white picket fences and all) with Xander and a couple of kids they had after they got married.
In this dream, whoever's coming to visit is a friend of the family. The parent of one of their kid's friends? One of Xander's coworkers in construction?
Currently, Xander and the kids are out, but there are pictures of them on the wall as she lets you in, smiling happily.]
It's good to see you.
[Over the years, Xander's helped her be a little less blunt and awkward.] |
